A Bit About Me
With over a decade of experience in teaching, training, and mentoring at both secondary school and university levels across subjects, age groups, and continents, I’ve seen firsthand what teenagers need to succeed today, and more importantly, tomorrow.
My passion lies in preparing teens not just for exams, but for life. I help them build the confidence, clarity, mindset, and practical skills they need to navigate a world full of distractions, pressures, and possibilities.
From life coaching, academic and career readiness, decision-making, resilience, and digital focus, we design every programme to engage, inspire and equip young minds for a bolder, brighter future.
I’ve delivered transformative workshops, trainings and mentorship for both students and educators, blending real-life insights with hands-on tools and innovative strategies. As a former Development Team Assistant with The Scouts Association (an organisation empowering over 460,000 young people in the UK (and over 30 million worldwide) with skills for life, I understand what it takes to unlock leadership, character, and life skills at scale.
This isn’t just about improving grades. It’s about mentoring your teen to become adaptable, purpose-driven, and future-ready.

As the Founder and Lead Trainer at BrightPath Academy, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring secondary-aged students across the West Midlands — both one-on-one and in group settings — helping them build confidence, clarity, and the essential life skills they need to thrive.
Alongside this, my role as a Development Team Assistant with The Scouts Association allowed me to support young people across the region in developing vital “skills for life,” from leadership and teamwork to resilience and real-world problem-solving.
As a Teaching Assistant at the University of Birmingham and a Part-Time Lecturer at the University of Greenwich, I’ve had the privilege of shaping young minds through lectures, assessments, and international field courses. But what truly fuels me is the opportunity to mentor students — to support them through challenges, build their confidence, and help them reach goals they once thought were out of reach.
For over 8 years as a lecturer at Kogi State University, I mentored and supported students from their first year through graduation — guiding them through academic challenges, personal growth, and the transition to independent adult life. I designed and delivered impactful university modules, supervised research, and helped students build the confidence, resilience, and life skills to thrive beyond the classroom.
